When you submit your application, you will get an email acknowledging that we have received it.
What happens next?
- If your profile matches the requirements of the position, you may be invited for an interview with the Talent Acquisition (TA) partner. The TA partner will overview the job and the interview process. This is your opportunity to ask questions and find out what you need about the role and Nasstar`s culture to make sure you want to continue.
- If you are chosen to proceed to interview, we will arrange the meeting with the Hiring Manager. Most of our interviews at Nasstar take place through teams, but the TA partner will confirm the details of your interview and include them in the invitation.
- If you are chosen to proceed you will meet other people who work closely with the position. These could be other managers, stakeholders, or colleagues.
This is what you can expect from an interview with the Hiring Team:
- You might have to prepare and present on a chosen topic.
- You might have to answer questions related to the functional skills, behaviours and competencies that are essential for doing well in the role.
If you are selected for the position, in most cases, you will receive a verbal offer from the TA partner, followed by contract paperwork.
