Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: 40 hours per week primarily covering UK hours
We seek a highly motivated Sales Data & CRM Marketing analyst to support our sales and marketing teams in driving efficiency. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the ideal candidate will manage and analyze CRM sales data, handle sales reporting, and oversee marketing campaigns and customer communications through Microsoft Dynamics.
Responsible for Sales Data Management & Insights including:
- Oversee the daily management of Microsoft Dynamics CRM data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Generate accurate and timely sales reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify any discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and support strategic planning.
- Forward-thinking development – finding improvements and organizing change implementation with the Data Engineering Team.
- Identify ways to improve usage of the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) through automating basic everyday tasks.
Responsible for Dynamics CRM Marketing including:
- Create marketing data segments to fulfill campaign specifications, including importing/exporting data from 3rd parties and managing the data journey while liaising with internal stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Create and deliver intelligent customer journeys, ensuring the data is accurate and consistently implementing best practices to achieve the highest levels of engagement.
- Provide metrics and reporting to the relevant teams on email/campaign performance and suggest optimization steps where necessary.
- Maintain marketing data (e.g., duplicate records, unsubscribes, prime contacts, lead journey/management, stagnant data).
- Ensure marketing data is of the highest quality and remains up-to-date by working with 3rd party data providers to enhance data.
- Develop whitespace analysis for proactive marketing campaign targeting.
What we are looking for:
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics as a marketing CRM
- Ability to work with large data sets within tight deadlines and handle ad-hoc projects.
- An organized, structured, motivated approach to work.
- Good communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Desirable skills: Power BI.
